Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment being received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Drift Kart Shipping
Due to their size and weight, drift karts are shipped via a specialist courier service and delivered door to door. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, as a signature may be required.

Drift kart shipping rates are calculated based on door-to-door delivery. Remote or regional areas may incur additional charges — please contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
Standard Product Shipping
For all other products (accessories, auto care items, and parts), we offer the following shipping options:
- Flat Rate Shipping: $20.00 Australia-wide
- Carrier-Calculated Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and your delivery address.

- Specialist freight and courier services for oversized items (drift karts)
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

How much does it cost to ship a drift kart to my area?
Drift kart shipping is $500 within Western Australia and $650 to New South Wales. For all other states and territories, please contact us for a personalised quote before purchasing.
Do you ship drift karts internationally?

Can I pick up my order?

What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered. Standard products typically arrive within 3–10 business days. Drift karts take 3–14 business days depending on your state. Remote areas may take longer.
