Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns for unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Returns requested after 14 days may not be accepted unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.


Change of Mind Returns

We offer returns for change of mind provided the item is unused and returned in its original packaging.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Items must be returned in resalable condition

Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photos of the item and packaging to assist with assessment.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we will provide one of the following remedies in accordance with Australian Consumer Law:

  • Replacement product

  • Store credit

  • Full refund

Return shipping costs will be covered where the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Used products

  • Items not in original condition or packaging

  • Products returned outside the return period

  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.


Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Under ACL, customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
